I forgot the password/password is not working

Students and teachers
If you cannot login, please check:

1. If you are using the correct name/password.
2. If you are using proper keyboard to input special characters.
3. If you have CAPS lock off.
4. If you have NUM lock when inputting numbers on the numeric keyboard.
5. Check if your webbrowser supports cookies: Problem with login (cookies)
6. If none of the above helps, please contact your school administrator

If you use personal EduPage account or there is your e-mail address in EduPage system, you can use the button "I do not know the login name or password". System will send you link for resetting password to your email. Personal EduPage account

School administrators:
1. Make sure you are using the correct name/password. You can use button "Forgotten password". This will send your password to your email.

2. If you forget the administrator email and password, please write us mail at password@edupage.org and we will solve the problem together.
