I can't remember my EduPage password. How do I reset it?

If a student can't remember the password to their EduPage account, they have three options:

1. if they provided the school with their email address, they can change their password by clicking on the "I do not know the login name or password".

Input the email address. The system will send a temporary link for password change.

2. If they did not provide the school with their email address, but their parents have an EduPage account, they can recover the password for the student.

3. If the student didn't provide the school with their email address and their parents don't have a parent account, the student can ask their class teacher to provide the password.
