User with limited access

Teachers have access to grades, class register by default, they can see class register of other classes as well as attendance. If the teacher is also a class teacher, he/she can edit the class register in his class and enter the attendance.

Sometimes you need to restrict teacher access to grades, class register and attendance.

Only an administrator can specify a user with limited access. Follow these instructions: User rights - Overview
Select the "User with limited access" column and check the box for that teacher.

The teacher can then write the curriculum and input attendance only in their lessons. In other classes, he cannot see a class register or attendance.
